This Privacy Policy explains how Spur Auto ("Spur Auto," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit www.spurauto.com, request a free claim review, purchase an appraisal package, or otherwise communicate with us.

When you purchase a service, Stripe processes your payment information. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number.

We may also collect limited technical information automatically, such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from an IP address. We may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary to operate and secure the website. When configured, the OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel helps us measure whether visitors who arrive from ChatGPT ads submit a free review request. It may use a pseudonymous attribution identifier, page URL, timestamp, and conversion event; we do not send raw email addresses, phone numbers, or claim details to the Pixel.

Payments are processed through Stripe and are subject to Stripe's privacy practices. Website forms are delivered through Web3Forms. Information submitted through these services is transmitted to and processed by those providers so they can perform the requested function. When enabled, the OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel receives the limited measurement data described above to attribute confirmed review requests to ChatGPT advertising campaigns.

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal, tax, accounting, or professional obligations.
