What if Spur Auto cannot accept my file?
If we decline the file before substantive work begins, we refund the report-package fee in full.
When does the work begin?
We complete the file-fit review within two business days after intake is complete. Fees become nonrefundable once substantive work begins, except as stated in our Terms.
Does Spur Auto negotiate with the insurer for me?
No. Spur Auto provides independent valuation evidence and general response support, but does not contact or negotiate with the insurer on your behalf. You remain in control of all claim decisions and communications.
