The report should identify its market sources and explain how each comparable relates to your vehicle.
3. What does the price include?
Compare the report fee, support, add-ons, refund terms, and whether any percentage fee applies.
4. When does delivery start?
Confirm the delivery window and whether it begins only after the provider receives a complete file.
5. Who controls the claim?
Understand whether the provider supplies evidence and guidance or communicates with the insurer on your behalf.
6. What is not guaranteed?
No appraisal can promise that an insurer will increase an offer. Read the limitations and refund terms carefully.
